We'd love you to be happy with your order. Unopened products in their original packaging are welcome back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you'd like to send back. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once your returned items reach us and we've checked them over, we refund the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Original shipping isn't refundable unless the return comes down to our mistake.
Opened or damaged items
For hygiene and safety, opened products can't be returned unless they turned up damaged or faulty. If something arrives damaged, email [email protected] with a photo within 7 days and we'll sort it out.
