Shipping

Shipping policy, rates, and delivery times.

We deliver right across QLD — including Surfers Paradise, Southport, Burleigh Heads, Robina — and Australia-wide. Orders are made up fresh and processed within 3–5 business days; around the Gold Coast metro they then usually land 2–5 business days after dispatch with Australia Post, while regional addresses take 5–8.

Dispatch

You can place an order online any time of day, and we send parcels out on business days. The moment yours ships, a tracking link lands in your inbox.

Costs and tracking

Your shipping choices and their costs appear at checkout. If tracking hasn't budged after 3 business days, email enquiries@cbdoilgoldcoast.com with your order number and we'll open a trace with the courier.

Wrong address?

Spotted a typo in your delivery address just after ordering? Email enquiries@cbdoilgoldcoast.com straight away. Once a parcel is on its way we can't redirect it to a new destination.
